The Huron County Sheriff’s Department revealed that Chelsea’s friends, on realizing her disappearance, acted swiftly, attempting to pull in multiple fishing lines and turn the boat back toward her.
Unfortunately, the circumstances leading to Chelsea's accidental drowning unfolded amidst a backdrop of choppy waters and poor visibility, creating a formidable challenge for rescue efforts.
