Country music star Chris Young found himself in legal trouble on Monday night after an alleged altercation at the DawgHouse Saloon in Nashville.
Arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest, Young reportedly followed Alcoholic Beverage Commission agents from one bar to another, striking an agent on the shoulder.
The incident began when agents conducted a compliance check at Tin Roof bar, encountering Young at the bar. After verifying his ID, Young reportedly filmed the agents.
The situation escalated when the agents moved to DawgHouse, and Young, along with friends, followed. Allegedly, Young laid hands on an agent, leading to his physical detainment.
Following his arrest, he was released on bonds totaling $2,500, with a court appearance scheduled for February 16. Representatives for Young have not commented on the incident.
