Adrian Peterson was born to his parents, Nelson and Bonita Peterson, on March 21, 1985, in Palestine, Texas, U.S.
Adrian Lewis Peterson is an American former football player who played running back in the National Football League (NFL) for fifteen years.
He attended Palestine High School and played football, basketball, and track. Following high school, he committed to playing football at the University of Oklahoma as a five-star recruit.
Starting his professional career as a 7th overall pick of Minnesota Vikings in the 2007 draft.
Later, the seven times Pro Bowler played with several other teams, including the New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals, and Washington Redskins.
