While Lovett attempted to reach out to his daughter, especially during Destiny’s Child’s meteoric rise, Rowland resisted as she continued to battle feelings of anger and resentment.
Having surpassed their previous struggles, the father and daughter are now delighting in their relationship and making amends for the time they lost.
